Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing and managing digital creative campaigns for our company and clients. This position will manage all aspects of primarily paid search and additionally paid social campaigns including keyword and audience research, pulling business impact insights from data, providing strategic recommendations, segmentation tactics, managing budgets, presenting to clients, and creating monthly reports.

The ideal candidate should able to speak confidently about most every facet of digital marketing including SEO, Social Media Advertising, Google Ads, and Retargeting Ads. They will be a mix of a consultant, trends finder, investigative journalist, storyteller and digital strategist and should be self-driven, client focused and results-oriented.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Campaign development and management across digital channels (search, paid social, display, retargeting) including:
  • Campaign execution (ideation, set up, launch, ad creation & tracking)
  • Monitor, track, and report on relevant metrics for all clients
  • Day-to-day campaign optimization and management (tracking, delivery, pacing, and optimization)
  • Competitive research and troubleshooting (leveraging 3rd party tools)
  • Achieve target goals by critical thinking and decision-making in the execution of each campaign
  • Generate returns through paid search, while finding new opportunities from untapped keywords or ad networks
  • Build stories using digital marketing best practices across advertising campaigns
  • Create and implement editorial calendar
  • Develop brand messages and stories that resonate with target audiences
  • Build and send monthly review and approval campaign reports
  • Manage project deadlines to ensure on-time campaign launches
  • Ability to answer questions naturally with ease and confidence
  • Monitor campaign results and impact on goals

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing campaign experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Advanced understanding of digital planning and strategy
  • Ongoing knowledge of evolving SEO / SEM tools, trends, tactics, as resource

Other characteristics we’re looking for:

  • Experience with pitching and recommending tactics within slide decks (with concise copy and supportive visuals)
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or communications
