Marketing Technology Specialist

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of direct hands on experience with Marketing Automation, CRM integration, and Web Application projects. The role requires understanding CRM program management and execution as well as technical requirements for data flows and systems integrations. Projects will include CRM and marketing automation programs across multiple platforms and custom website application development. Our ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, unwavering attention to detail, an innate desire for teamwork, and is proactive and willing to do and learn just about anything.

This will require in-depth understanding of:

  • Eloqua / Marketo / Pardot (certified preferred)
  • SalesForce (administrative experience preferred)
  • Sales and Marketing business processes
  • Marketing Automation best practices
  • The methodologies, and hands-on experience in implementing marketing automation platforms with SalesForce or other CRMs
  • Web application development
  • Building consumer-oriented websites with mobile first responsiveness and cross browser compatibility

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • • Design, development, deployment, analysis and optimization of marketing automation initiatives and campaigns for clients
  • Creating responsive websites, landing pages, and emails from PSDs using HTML/CSS
  • Serving as a key in-house contact for project progress, related activities and issue/problem reporting and resolution
  • Troubleshooting with development team to help problem solve and outline creative solutions to meet client objectives

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Eloqua/Marketo/Pardot and Salesforce/Sugar CRM software powering marketing and sales programs via CRM integration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MIS or Business Administration or equivalent
  • A background with complex projects that could include experience with enterprise systems integrations, CRM and loyalty programs
  • Proven experience interfacing with high-level marketing and sales executives
  • Interpersonal skills: exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, coaching and presentation skills with high attention to detail
  • Highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills; capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, work in cross-functional teams and communicate with all levels of management
  • Excellent strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment and works well under tight deadlines
  • Strong business, marketing and information systems acumen
  • Good understanding of relational data structure (basic SQL knowledge a plus)
  • Must have a good understanding of the Web and Web technology (HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript) and the ability and desire to grow his or her technical skill set
  • Previous experience in or working closely with Information Systems and/or Marketing Operations
  • Experience establishing and maintaining system documentation and training materials
