Sales & Marketing Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced, highly analytical Sales & Marketing Analyst with robust
CRM, digital marketing, and marketing automation experience, with an appetite for
problem-solving and optimization. This person will be supporting our clients’ marketing
and sales projects to help build efficient, scalable, repeatable, and measurable processes
and analyses to enhance the buyer and customer journeys by uncovering valuable
analytical insights that drive ROI.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal agency and client stakeholders within Sales, Marketing, and other business units to analyze, translate, support, troubleshoot, and optimize multiple initiatives through strategic analysis
  • Partner with internal agency stakeholders to develop sales and marketing campaign benchmarks
  • Build reporting dashboards that will inform strategies that yield ROI for clients
  • Perform sales and marketing engagement analysis, lead-to-sales analysis, revenue analysis, and segment/account trends to identify optimizations within the journeys, and also identify root causes of successes and failures of campaigns deployed
  • Develop, update, and manage sales and marketing dashboards and reporting, with a focus on consistency and scalability
  • Build and maintain a repository of reporting templates to deploy with client requests
  • Perform ad-hoc requests, as well as other analytical work and special projects as required
  • Perform data consolidation, mining, and cleansing using Excel or SQL as needed

Skills Required:

  • Become the go-to person for analytics answers to client stakeholders across sales and marketing
  • 4+ years professional experience in an analytical role required (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations)
  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, etc.) required
  • Experience working with data visualization tools for reporting (Tableau, DOMO, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, etc.) required
  • Microsoft SharePoint experience preferred
  • Highly detailed organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and generate innovative approaches to tackling new questions, developing insights, and solving for client needs
  • Ability to consistently meet established client deliverables while balancing competing priorities/timelines
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills required
  • Successfully and positively collaborate cross-departmentally with internal and client stakeholders
  • A “systems thinker” who is fundamentally curious and relentless in understanding the "why"
