Natiivo is an entirely new concept within hospitality, combining ownership with amenity offering fully-furnished units for owners to stay or list their space. With its vibrant culture, economy, and pulse of innovation, Austin was selected as the ideal launch city for the brand and, MODintelechy, with design and strategy expertise and intimate knowledge of Austin, the ideal marketing partner.
Our team created multiple messaging and design directions to determine the best brand fit for Natiivo Austin as a distinct, innovative, and authentic. What began as a localized marketing effort grew into broader Natiivo messaging and branding touchpoints—from tagline to color palette—for use in future Natiivo cities.
We managed and executed branding across marketing channels, beginning with the design and web development of both natiivo.com and natiivoaustin.com. Support materials included animated display ads, sales center and site signage, print ads, launch content for social media platforms, and a custom stationery system. The creative team also carried branding elements into a consumer-facing collateral suite of brochures, fact sheets, and the Natiivo Austin look book.
