SWISH Dental takes a comfort-centric approach to dentistry, differentiating the series of Austin dental offices from its competitors. They chose MODintelechy to share their story and their difference to the Austin community with refreshed branding and impactful strategy.
As SWISH Dental’s initial concern was building greater brand awareness, we first focused on the SWISH brand itself. Our creative team developed an entirely new visual package, including typographic treatment, color palette, and logo refresh to convey a more comprehensive and emboldened brand identity. We defined SWISH brand pillars and updated brand messaging to directly communicate their values, expertise, and unique service offerings—without forgoing their “comfort-centric” approach. Utilizing the new branding components, we then built out an updated website for an enhanced user experience and improved site analytics. After a successful series of direct mail campaigns proved to be highly impactful in driving appointment scheduling, we led multiple hyperlocal campaigns to launch four new SWISH offices in surrounding targeted communities. These new locations afforded us the opportunity to create customized signage and add a few non-traditional, inviting design touches to their office interiors.
In our continuing partnership, utilize demand generation tactics with strategic social advertising and targeted PPC campaigns. We also maintain SWISH social media accounts, developing original content, so far resulting in a more than two-thirds (and growing) increase in followers.
MODintelechy developed an updated visual identity system, elevated the swishsmiles.com user experience, and increased brand awareness to make SWISH the choice dental office for Austin.
