Redefining Real Estate Marketing

We know a thing or two about real estate, and we’ve got the case studies to prove it. From industry accolades to 100%-unit sales and leases, we’ve harnessed a branding philosophy for real estate that captures, engages, and converts. Our formula is simple: Data-driven, target-market-centric campaigns with a strong emphasis on experiential creative. We’re dismantling the old ways of marketing real estate in Central Texas in favor of an approach that considers what a brand really needs—and every opportunity is different.

Natiivo

As an entirely new hospitality concept, Natiivo cleverly combines ownership with amenities—offering fully-furnished units for the full spectrum of buyers. With design and strategy expertise and an intimate knowledge of the brand’s launch city, MODintelechy became the ideal marketing partner for the Austin real estate company. What began as a localized marketing effort grew into broader messaging and branding touchpoints—from tagline to color palette. After 300 inquiries and 50+ press mentions in the first week, Natiivo earned the GDusa Website Award for their innovation in the space.

The Grove

The Grove, one of Austin’s vibrant mixed-use communities, began work with MODintelechy to create a more centralized message and visual identity system to separate themselves from the rest of the Austin real estate market. After some thematic development and alignment, everything in-market now reflects The Grove’s unified brand identity for greater cross-channel campaign consistency and recognition. In the interest of maintaining a collaborative relationship, we remain partners with The Grove on the continued release of campaign and brand materials.
