Help Wanted!

No doubt about it, Austin’s business economy is back! Real Estate is fast-becoming a seller’s market, new restaurants are popping up all over town and everyone is talking about the proposed Apple campus expansion.
The MOD Studio is growing as well!  We’re looking for a professional Web Developer to join our team.  We need a motivated, self-starter who can complete projects on tight deadlines; someone who can creatively solve problems and coordinate with our design team on digital solutions including websites, email and mobile campaigns.
We prefer you have 2+ years experience developing and managing websites using HTML, CSS, Javascript/ jQuery and PHP. We also use a variety of CMS platforms, so proficiency with WordPress is a must and experience with Joomla, Drupal or Big Commerce would be a bonus. And if you really want to show off, our wish list includes an understanding of MySQL {including Database setup and design}, ASP.net and experience building mobile applications for iPhone and Android.
A positive attitude is the final component. This job will require an intelligent, self-managed employee who can approach development projects with technical knowledge in addition to an understanding of creating superior user experience. You’ll need to communicate technical jargon to clients on their level, being informative but clear. And finally, you’ll need the ability to concentrate amidst the chaos of a creative design firm.
