The Museum of Endangered Sounds

By / Technology

Realizing that The MOD Blog is more of a visual design blog, there is something to be said about Aural Stimulation.
I came across this memory lane gem today – The Museum of Endangered Sounds. Bringing together a collage of sounds from technology past its prime, this great collection is the brain child of Brendan Chilcutt whom is committed to preserving the intonations of childhood technologies. By clicking on an icon, one can listen to a payphone, game boy, speak and spell, and other pre-millennial technologies that most of us grew up with.
Listen, remember and enjoy as a reminder of how fast technology design is moving ahead.
