The City of Angels…
Visiting Cali over the Labor Day holiday was a dream. We got lucky with beyond-gorgeous weather and a convertible as a rental car – and that only meant one thing – cruising, top-down from Malibu to the Hollywood Hills to the southern tip of Orange County.

1- Malibu – Right off the Pacific Coast Highway, a little part of my heart stays with this gorgeous beach-front city every time I visit. And the delicious bunch at Geoffrey’s is out of this world.
2- Kitson – No Robertson Boulevard shopping experience is complete without popping into Kitson. Funky, fun and fashion-forward!
3- Katsuya – Located in Brentwood and Featuring the dynamic pairing of Master Sushi Chef Katsuya Uechi and design impresario Philippe Starck, Katsuya by Starck is truly a feast for the senses.
4- Ray Bans – By the looks of it, these classic sunglasses are not only NOT going anywhere, they are making a HUGE comeback!
5- Domiane de La Roque, Cinsault Rose – So crisp and refreshing, a perfect drink for a warm LA day
6- SLS Hotel – style, luxury, service. Challenging every traditional convention of luxury hospitality, SLS Hotel continues to examine and rethink every possible aspect of the luxury hotel experience.
7- District Wine – hidden little gem nestled square in the heart of the East Village Arts District in downtown Long Beach with solid wine selections and delectable tapas.
