Are you keeping up with season nine of Top Chef? This season not only features fabulous food and delicious judges, but also features one of our favorite Austin culinary masters – Executive Chef Paul Qui from Uchiko.
We here at MOD love Uchiko for its fantastic Japanese/Farmhouse fusion. We also love the restaurant design as well. Every detail is polished and warm, comforting and inviting; and, as with most traditional Japanese cusine, the presentation of the dishes are just as stunning as the decor.
Top Chef airs every Wednesday at 9pm CST on Bravo. In a tasteful show of support, Uchi and Uchiko will be serving special a “Top Chef Social” menu beginning at 9pm at each location while airing the show. Good luck Paul! We are all cheering you on!
