Ice on Wheels

Coolhaus serves up arguably the best dessert in Austin (or at least the best ice cream sandwich).
These converted mail trucks travel around town offering hand-made, gourmet ice cream between locally baked cookies.
 
My favorite combo? Chocolate Cookie + Coffee Toffee Ice Cream + Ginger Cookie
And if you thought it couldn’t get any better… the wrapper is EDIBLE.
